No Edge Browser Control icon

I must be missing something, but I do not have the Edge Browser Control icon on my ribbon. I have MS Office 365 with a yearly subscription. My Access version is 2312 Build 16.0.17126.20078. I have updated Office 365 and I have the most recent build. My Microsoft Edge is up-to-date as well. There is one troubling aspect I noticed:  my Office 365/Access is 32-bit; Microsoft Edge is 64-bit.  Not sure if this matters or not. Any insights?  Thanks in advance!

The difference in bitness may be an issue. My advice would be to first Google the issue or perhaps contact Microsoft Technical Support. I use 64-bit Office so I can't test it on 32-bit. I would consider switching to 64-bit if you are able to.

You could also try running through the Troubleshooter

Thank you, Kevin, for the quick reply! I had already tried Google, ChatGPT, and Bard. All they had to offer was info about the Edge Browser Control (Google), and how to add the ActiveX control (ChatGPT and Bard). I'll see if I could try Microsoft Support and/or change my subscription to 64-bit. Thanks again.

You don't need to change your subscription. Just log in to your account for Office on the official site and you should see a dropdown to choose either 32-bit or 64-bit. Just be sure to remove 32-bit office BEFORE installing 64-bit.

Kevin, as an update: the problem was with the 32-bit installation. I uninstalled the 32-bit install and then installed the 64-bit. I now have the Edge Browser Control icon. And so far, things are looking good. Hopefully, I won't be finding any problems in my different databases because of the design in 32-bit. Oh well, it will give me something to do!! Thanks for your help!
