No, you don't need to worry about Access leaving. If they ever did remove Access, they would have to announce it well in advance, the amount of companies that are using the software and would lose access to it is too many, they would have to give them time to find another solution or there would be riots in the streets ;).

Access may never go away, but the users may go away from it, one way or another.  I had used it for 20+ years in my job, but I retired a few years ago, thus removing myself from the community of Access users.  I still use it for personal use, albeit not in a mission-critical, must-have kind of way.
