Hi guys, I just watched the video on record count. One question, in the reccountbox that Richard made. I see the count starts with 1 after the form loads, but after he presses the next button the right side count shows all the records. How do I get all of the records count to show as the form is opened the first time.

I had this problem I think the fix is a VBA code to move record to last item and then to the first on formload. Let me know if this works for you V/r Juan

Thanks Juan, this is for a friends database. I'm going to wait until she says something about it.

In the Control Source for the Text Box you could simply say: `=Count(*)` This will give you a count of all records in the current recordset.
