I have a release of medical information form I have to get signed by all patients.  I watched the video on signatures and images and the extended cut, I'm able to get one signature on one form for one patient, but when I go to the next patient it displays the first patients signatures on all other patient forms.  And in my signature file everytime someone signs it replaces the existing picture, so I always only have one picture.  What am I missing here?
