I have a table of equipment and one field is Assigned Inspection Time.

From a drop-down on a form I can select from a table list of: Daily, Weekly, Monthly etc.

I want to pull any Equipment records that match and have prefilled fields for each inspection point. If nothing needs changed, click save and advance to the next record. If something does need changed, they can select from a drop down the change needed and then save the record and move to the next equipment to be checked.

I'm having trouble figuring how to pull in or connect this inspection form to an output table?

Is it possible to pull data into one form and save the data to a different table?
