I had asked,
Isnt there an easy way to turn a form into a report?  I can not believe this still does not exist.  After painfully moving the fields to create a form I am happy with I no have to do it all over to create a report that looks exactly like it!  Copy and paste will not work.

Your question is still right HERE

I provided a template for you that would convert a form into a report exactly with just 2 button clicks.

What I saw was a downloadable access database.  I did not see anything that would with just 2 button clicks turn a form into a report??  instructions please?

Deb, open the database and copy the form in it to your DB. It works brilliantly.

You need to copy FormToReportT into your database, and FormToReportF. Then just open FormToReportF and choose which form you want to be a report, press the button and name it, done. You can delete the table/form when you are done.

No that is not what I wanted.  I have created a form that looks how I want it to look.  I now have to make a report which involves all the same fields and labels in the same size and spacing. I tried selecting all of the fields in the form wanting to copy and paste them onto the report but it will not do that.  I tried saving the form object as a report.  it wont do that either.

That is exactly what Adam has given you. If you only do what he asked you to do that form that he gives you copies your designed form into exactly the same design but in a report.

Open the database I linked, copy FormToReportT and FormToReportF into your current database.

On your current database, open up FormToReportF, there is a combo box that contains all the names of all the forms in your database. Select the one you want to turn into a report, press "Create a Report". A popup will come up asking for what you want to call the report. Enter whatever name you want the report to be. Press OK. The Report will be created with the exact layout/fields as your form had.
