Potential Security Concern

I'm getting a warning box when I open my Access apps. It says "A potential security concern has been identified". I have some PowerShell scripts which use Access apps. It causes problems, since PS can't handle the warning box.
Is there a fix?

Is your database in a Trusted Location? Also watch this video: Blocked!

Yes, it's in a trusted location. In the video, it describes an option ("BLOCKED") which I don't see in Properties - Using Windows 11 - maybe it's a depreciated feature.
