Copy Paste text from a PDF

Hello, maybe you can tell me where to find an answer to the following :
I need to Copy Paste from a PDF ( I guess it is text formatted ), into a form field as currency. Unfortunately, the text from pdf comes with dot thousand separator and each time I need to delete it, and then it becomes currency/number. Can I set up somehow the access form so that it updates this text once I paste it ? funny enough, it understands very well the comma as decimal separator so I din]t need to do anything. Without VBA would be exellent.
Basically, is there a place to find such an answer ?

Excel can grab data from a PDF file, but it can only do so if the content is a table, i.e. with rows and columns (see picture below).  In Excel, go to Data -> Get Data -> From File -> From PDF -> Select the PDF.  The next screen shows a preview of what can be imported.  If the preview is blank, that means Excel doesn't recognize any table data.  Click Load to import.  Once it's on an Excel file, it can be made available to Access via a technique called automation, which requires VBA, no way to avoid that.

Yeah, of course Excel and even Word are better than importing data from a PDF. Of course, they give that functionality to those programs and not Access. So, like Kevin suggested, you'll have to use Excel as an intermediary. Then, you should be able to easily import it into Access.

Thank you for your advise. I take it from here, let's hope it is easy to do.
