I have a question about exporting Access records. I have used access for years and know how to export a table to a single pdf file, but for numerous reasons I would like to export each record in the table to individual pdf files. From the research I've done already it can apparently be done using VBA but I can't find anywhere that explains it easily.

Hi Alex
I use a loop to go through the records that I need to print. for each record, I will issue the print then the export to pdf for that record.
you need the print first because out put to pdf does not allow you a "WHERE" close. so put your WHERE in the regular print and it will maintain that for your pdf output.
