Hello Richard, I'm trying to get past this GroupCustomerSubF. Each time I do this one it places the customers in the list but the only problem is they are all in each category and not like they should be as 3 times for some in one category, etc. What could I be missing? I've gone through it several times and nothing changes. the other one works perfectly on the Customer Form

Click one time on the sub form and look at the properties in data checking the parent and child fields

Thanks Sami, I just noticed on the properties when I copied and pasted to make a new combo box, the source was not correct and after I changed that it now works. Ken
