My first question is, is this the database exactly as downloaded from my website, or have you made design changes to it? If it happens in the stock template, then walk me through the steps that you did to get to this point, and I'll try to recreate it on my end.

If this problem occurred after you made design changes to the database, then I can't support it. Unless I know exactly what changes you made, I can't tell you what's wrong just from what you gave me.

The only modification I have done is add an column for attachments to the TaskT table in Task Manager Data.

That's the problem right there. The code in my database will absolutely NOT work with an attachment field type. Attachments are EVIL. I never use them. You'll have to find some other way to store that data. I cannot support attachment types. Sorry.

You could add error handling to skip over that line in case of an error, but it won't copy your attachment data.
Error Handling
