I wonder why the templates in your site do not contain any for Medical record purposes.
I am an Academician and need to store lot of continuous data regarding patients including images for both research and teaching purposes. This includes including new patients as they present in my clinic as well as updating follow-ups of old patients who have been under treatment for a while.
Sir, Can I request you to please help by preparing a blank basic template for this purpose so that I can build further on it.
I surely will acknowledge your help in my presentations using this data my academic interactions.
Also it will be of great help to all my colleagues and students who will be benefited by this record keeping method and this will directly have an impact on patient care and betterment of humanity.
