I have a query where i need show all members who did not make a donation within the current year. I am using the between function in the query criteria to show all who did make donations however i cannot figure out how to show who did not. Thank you in advance for your help.

Between "1/1/" & Year(Date()) And "12/31/" & Year(Date())

use the "NOT" in front of the payment amount test, or test for "NULL" or Zero depending on your table design.

Remember, dates that might have a time portion (the decimal part of internal dates) may not appear if a donation was made after midnight (when the day begins). In other words, 12/31/2024 15:10:56 will be after 12/31/2024. Richard has a video on this...somewhere. Happy searching.

This is a tricky one. You need two queries - one to show all of the people who did donate, and then link that to another one and look for null values in the first query. Same concept as Have Not Ordered.
