Hi Richard - I've posted an image of the form. The form's record source is a query. In the form header I have unbound text boxes and one combo box that allow me to set the search criteria. Image of VBA to follow.

Thanks Alex. I will review the video. I can export to Excel using my existing code. The issue I have is that the export does not honor the specific search criteria that I have applied (it exports all of the records contained in the form's record source AND the export also creates columns for each of the search fields in the form header section.

Could you do acOutputQuery instead?

Hi Alex. I'm still new-ish to this so thank you in advance for your patience. If I use acOutputQuery then what is the appropriate object name that I am trying to output? I want to be able to export the result of `Me.RecordSource = SQL` from the RequeryForm subroutine. I just don't know how to get at it / properly reference it.
