Just out of curiosity, We added a line that shows the United States and then all the states show. If needed, what could you do to add Country at the top where all the countries show? Would you do the same thing in the other label as we did in this one to get the United States to show?
You would just need to add a custom sort order field and then sort based on that first, and then by country name second. I actually have a video on this coming up because someone asked me how to do this in a combo box, so stay tuned.
