I have a direct application example:
How can I use Excel Automation to fill a given Excel form via Access VBA (see screenshot).
It is about lessons for students on the respective days of the year. If lessons have taken place, the duration is entered in hours (e.g. 1.5 for 1.5 hours), if the student has been absent with an excuse, there is an entry such as 'E' for 'excused absence', otherwise a 'U' for 'unexcused absence'.
The number of hours is added up in column AG, the number of "E" in column AH and the number of "U" in column AI.
The data is already available in Access.
What is the most elegant way to get the data into the corresponding cells using Excel Automation?

It would be very similar to the loop I set up in this video, but you'll add a second loop based on the day in the columns. Then it's just running thru your records with a Recordset. I could add this example to a Developer lesson, if you'd like.
