I have this error on this form when trying to make this work. I also have a question if this could work on formatted feilds?

The error message is telling you your code is positioning the control above the bounds of the Form. Your first field is at the very top of the form so when you make the subtraction to set the Top property there is no room for the control. You will need to move the Fields down or modify your code (Adding instead of subtracting will place the Label below the Field instead of above).
