Hi Guys, i have got this to work well on my forms, except when i use a continuous form to copy an email address. The button shows on a NewRecord which is obviously blank. If a user clicks the copy button, this then generates an error message as the EmailAddress in the NewRecord can not get focus. Is it possible to hide the button, or stop the 'Click Event' if there is no data in the EmailAddress, and then show it when there is data there? i have tried a few things with 'Is Null', but this just hides the button in both cases. Any help will be welcomed.

You can prevent the button executing the code on a new record with code like this: `If Not Me.NewRecord Then MsgBox "Hello world" End If`
