See Several Options in 1 Cell

Access 7 has been the most challenging lesson to date. Tons of valuable info!

Now that we can set up junction tables (which is the proper way to establish those many-to-many relationships), I'm still struggling to create a report, or even a query that displays the information like the images below.

Basically, what I'm getting at is: when the user selects several options from a list, how can you display those multiple values in the same cell, just like in the images below?

Perhaps, this is covered in a later class? But considering I'm learning about junction tables, I figured now was the right time to raise this topic.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I'm out of the office, but if no one else is able to help you let me know and I'll take a closer look at it on Monday when I get back.

you need Richard's DLookupPlus function.  I use that in my system.

Yeah, Sami is right. To get values to display horizontally like that, it requires some VBA. My DLookupPlus will do that. The only other alternative without coding would be to use grouping levels, but you're going to get them displayed in rows, vertically.

Thanks so much Sami and Richard!!!

This is clearly above my level for the moment, but good to know I'll come across it in due time.

Thanks again!
