HELP ? ! ?

I received notice that my membership was upgraded to GOLD; I question this as I continued to be referred to pages I've already tried to find EXTENDED CUTS. In fact, when I click on links, e.g., " 02. Extended Cut Video - Silver Members" on https://599cd.com/AccountBalances4, I get Extended Cut that is not about what Richard Rost refers to in lesson.
I am definitely not being link to Extended Cuts.
Trying to keep this as short as possible: also, whenever I click on " Database Download - Gold Members" I seem to keep downloading the Free Template ...
HELP ? ! ?

Do you see the image for Account Balances 4 Extended Cut Members Only when the video is starting? If so, that is the correct extended cut. I haven't watched the video in a while but if he talks about something in the normal video and then does something different in the extended cut, more than likely it's continued in the next video of the series, Account Balances 5.

When you push the Database Download, it should download a file like acct-bal-part-4 which has 3 files inside of it. The front end and two back end files. Is that what you are getting?

Thank you, I really feel like a pain ...
I re-downloaded Account Balances 4, and I have the 3 files. When I open them, they are the same ones used in the lesson!
I will again watch the Extended cuts: you are correct that I get a full-screen page labelled Extended Cuts ...
In the last, two weeks I have gone over and over the videos as if I keep missing something ...

Thank you, I will consider myself confused and start watching at Account Balances 1 and re-clicking the links on each video page.

It's never a pain, that's what the forums are here for :-)
