Thank you for all your work on these lessons; they are super! In reviewing this lesson again since I was using listboxes in an excel project, i have a suggestion for your fix. Instead of sending the focus in the On Click Event of the ActiveCustomerList to the MakeActive button like this:

   Private Sub ActiveCustomerList_Click()

      DoSelectAll InactiveCustomerList, False
      MakeActive.SetFocus

    End Sub

set the focus to the MakeInactive button like this:

    Private Sub ActiveCustomerList_Click()

      DoSelectAll InactiveCustomerList, False
      MakeInactive.SetFocus

    End Sub
Now it will be set in the direction you want to send the items. Then set the focus in the On Click Event of the InactiveCustomerList to the MakeActive button like this:

    Private Sub InactiveCustomerList_Click()

      DoSelectAll ActiveCustomerList, False
      MakeActive.SetFocus
    
    End Sub
