why can't i open the link of "Big Button Form Series", do you have that too???

Hi Kevin,
Not sure what's happening in the background, however when clicking on the "Big Button Form Series" title, the system looks to be running through opening process, however nothing happens. Do the same thing on the other Big Button Form TechHelp titles and it opens up to relevant page
