Should the Junction Tables be shown on the Relationships screen?
You also show the Junction table and add data. When I build most of my tables I don't enter data until I have quite a bit of the DB complete. Is this not the best way to build the DB?

Building your database will be a lot easier if you enter some sample data. This is essential for testing that things are working as they should. I like to test as I build. Then I test everything again when the database is complete.
