I have a long list of email recipients, and I can send out only 50 a day. I have a form which displays all of recipients. I have a text box I fill in with the desired bulk email ID. I need to filter out which recipients already received that email.

My problem is that my history table lists all of the times a contact has received an email. I have to:
a. exclude all of the bulk email Ids other than the one desired
b. then find out which recipients have not yet received that designated Bulk Email ID.

In sql I know there is a NOT EXISTS, but I need help in putting something like that in Access

Every time before you send the email, create a list of all the intended recipients and the date/time sent. Every time an email is sent, fill in the date/time sent for that recipient. Any recipient that hasn't been sent the email will have a blank date/time field. Then you can simply create a query that checks for records with blank date/time. That was how I did it in my old job. The extra list should serve as a "send log" too.
