Richard - one of the best breakthroughs in Access form design in my opinion is the new "Arrange>Position>Anchoring>Stretch" option. Up until that was a thing, I've always thought Access forms looked horribly antiquated. In the case of this Tech Help video, why spend hours getting the notes Text Box just right? In the case of putting a Text Box in a sub form that goes in the footer, you only need to get the height right. If the notes are in the Detail section, you should just make your form very tiny and set the Anchoring to "Stretch Down and Across." It will be as big as you need it to be, which is important if you have a Long Text field.
