Richard will you be showing how to use the date add function?  I like to see a sample of if a course is due every 2yr or every 6 month.Oh here is a long shot if the course is a one time only can the combo box drop the course.  lets say if HR100 one time only when you open the combo if done it will not show again.  I am enjoying this I plan to add this to my ABCD.  Oh snaps here is food for thought preload mandatory courses.  let say checkmark new employee the following must be done ...
