I have deleted MS Office twice and reinstalled it. No fix. I have checked my references and no fixes.

Can you send an image of the version of Office you are using and one of the Tools>References in the VBA editor?

When I went to references this time, I saw MISSING: ATLEntityPicker 1.0 Type Library.  I took out the check mark, closed and re-opened my DB.  It now works.  Thank you.  By any chance do you know why it is doing this?
