Why can't I get the (Link Master/Childs Fields on Form Properties)? HOW do i get those Fields?

While in the main (Parent Form) click once on the subform, this should highlight the box around the entire subform. now go to Data tab and those field are there.

I KEEP CLICKING IN THE SUB FORM. Nothing happen.
