Green Flags on Text Box Names

I just created a Continuous form.  Some of my fields have a GreenFlag on them.  See attached.  Richard in his videos said "click the box and highlight Ignore the error and press return. "  He never said "What they represent."

My question what do they mean?

How do I get rid of them?  I can answer this.  Click the box and highlight Ignore error.

Notice the Green corner on each of the fields above. This is what I am referring to.

When you drop down the error what does it say at the top? It will tell you what the error is.

The field is not in the underlying Table or Query.

The file above says the erro is Invalid Control Property: Control Source No such Field in the field list, Kevin It self explanatory, Its not rocket science, Thank You!!! Kevin. Did you get money from me yesterday?
