Pop up property not working

Access 2016 - Windows 10

Expert Class 4 Lesson 4

The pop up property is not working properly. Don't know if I did something or if it is a bug. Here is what is happening. When the properties Pop up and Modal are both in the yes position (Customer Extended Form). Save it. Close it. Try opening it (Double Click on CustomerExtentedF) it form don't open. Not only does it not open, I whole access program is frozen. can't click on anything menus, ribbon, side bars, nothing.  I have to close access and wait for the memory to clear (15 seconds or so) then open it. Go go to to the ExtendedCustomerF right click form design and change the properties back to no everything is back to where it was. I also tried this with the contactF with the same results.

Now with that said, I went back to design view with EntendedCustomerF and only had Modal property = Yes then opened customerF and pressed Extended info button and the ExrebdedCustomerF opened like it should.  Went back and turned the Modal property to No and the Pop up property to Yes the same thing happen as above except access doesn't freeze up and you have access to everything.  You just don't get the ExtendedCustomerF
when you press the Extended Info button.  It is like it is invisible.  Any thoughts?

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year

@Alex Thanks for making the link easier. Can you please explain two things? 1. How to find a 599CD.com post from a YouTube video found via Google using more than one search word? 2. Guide us on how we lowly members can show the link as you did (compared to how I pasted it)?

Could use the Google Search results at the bottom of the 599CD search page.

It's a Mod thing only I'm afraid.
Maybe 599cd links auto change for you.

Here's another post on this same issue:
https://599cd.com/blog/display-comment.asp?CommentID=14271
(found based upon Alex's suggestion on using Google from the 599CD.com search page)

Richard does touch on this problem in the original video mentioned. I suspect that, as Richard pointed out, the popup may be hidden somewhere Christopher can't easily see, and that it must be found and resolved before continuing with Access.

I often have this problem in Windows itself when using install packages. A popup form is called by the main install program, for something like "I agree to your crazy demands". But I'm left staring at the main form, while the popup is hidden beneath the main form. The best way I found to find the popup, if the install seems frozen, is to WindowKey + Tab to see all the active windows and then select the hidden popup window.

Thanks Guys,  I tried the WindowsKey + Tab.  No luck there. Also, I am working on a two monitor system. But the  setting the Auto Center Property = Yes did the trick !!!

Thanks Again
