Access 2016 - Windows 10 - Working with two monitors

Expert Class 5 Lesson 4

We created a button for Email Reports at the buttom of the ContactF. I created button exactly like Rick did it in tutorial. Click on button window pops up to select a format. Selected PDF  Format and clicked ok. That menu goes away an Hourglass appears. Access is completely Frozen. I can't even close access in the task bar. I have to reboot the system to unfreeze.

Any Suggestions ?
