If you need to look up values using DLookup() you can't use the NZ() function as you normally would as the value would no longer be Null. Declare your variable as Variants, not Strings. You can also use vbNewLine.

In the code module of the Report. Then call it in the Format event of the Section your Text Box is in.
In my Report I used the PageHeaderSection
