Open Microsoft Access Database in Exclusive Mode
Samoi from Atlantic City NJ (a Gold Member) asks, "I have my database split between front end and back end files, like you taught us. Whenever I want to make changes to the back end tables, I always get an error message saying I don’t have exclusive rights to the database. How can I fix this?"
I'll show you how to use a shortcut on your desktop to open a database in Exclusive Mode without having to go to the File Open menu.
Silver Members and up get access to view Extended Cut videos, when available. Gold Members can download the database template from class plus get access to the Code Vault. If you signed up on YouTube you have to register on my YouTube Find User page so I can set up your account here on my web site. If you're not a member, Join Today!
