In Microsoft Access Beginner 2 we created a table called AppointmentT, added a new form called AppointmentF. I know the videos are being updated. I noticed in all the videos of Access Beginner 3 series, AppointmentT and AppointmentF are not shown. Perhaps because of updates. I have kept AppointmentT in my database and its associated AppointmentF. We created a button on CustomerF that brings up all associated appointments in a new window. When following along Beginner 3 series, I see in my CustomerT table a series of + symbols on the left side of datasheet view. When I click on them, they expand to reveal associated appointments from the AppointmentT table. What is this? Did I do something wrong?
Thank you for the reference, Kevin. I look forward to learning more in future lessons about sub-forms and parent/child relationships. I've read about them and have some knowledge about them. I know enough to be dangerous to myself and my plan-in-progress professional database. More to come in this amazing learning journey.
