In Acess Beginner 4, Lesson .03 - Field properties, you click on "Smart Tags". Mine goes from "IME Sentence Mode" to "Text Format". There is no "Smart Tags" Option between them.

The "Smart Tags" feature was removed from Access starting with Access 2013.
Richard has said updating the Beginner videos is on his to-do list, and it shows on the Release Calendar that he's trying.
