Dear Richard, I vaguely remember you mentioning how to create a customer form that allows only data entry, but don't know where to look for the instruction. Can you help?

When it doubt, use the SEARCH BOX at the top of the web site. Searching for DATA ENTRY will tell you where it's covered. This is just a form property you can set in Design View.
