I Am Losing Accented Characters

I am using the External Email Server with SendGrid to send STMP mail to a list.
I have some emails in Spanish but the special characters al Lost in the Process.
I am loosing accented characters (ñ, á, é, í, ó, ú, etc.).
Playing with ChatGPT it suggested several changes that did not work. Mostly using UTF-8.
Richard, since you wrote the code maybe you can help me make with this.
Have you had any feedback from People in countries that use special characters.
Does anyone have a solution?

No, honestly what I do is I do a replace on those. Any accented characters I just replace them with their low ASCII version of the character. I don't mess around with those lol. I know for a lot of other foreign languages they're important but to me I've just always had a pain with them so I just get rid of them as soon as I can.
