Richard, I know you asked in the beginning of the Fitness series whether or not you should keep going - I really love this series and inspires me to do a bunch of big projects that I have been putting off because I know how much work it's going to be. Just wanted to tell you how much I am enjoying it and how helpful it is to me even though I might not use it for dieting or fitness.

Yes, it has been very good! Just wondered, is there any thought to add a section for workouts to it? i.e. pick exercises, select reps and sets, and combine these to form different saved workouts? It would be an interesting extension to the current meal planner functionality. Still, it has been very informative whether the project retains its current scope, or expands.

Oh yep, that's the second half of the equation. I haven't even finished the first part yet with all the food stuff. Diet is the first half. Fitness is the second half.
