When I run the email database and select gmail. I created a template try to send it and I get a debug error, "Set RS2 = DB.OpenRecordSet("EmailT, dbOpenDynaset). This is where it stops sending. I look at the file EmailT and it is a link file to Richard. I am not sure what to do to stop this error, could someone help me?

Without looking too into it, your missing a double quote after the EmailT. DB.OpenRecordset("EmailT",

So, I do not the external email server part of this seminar. I downloaded the completed email seminar and I am trying to run it with my gmail account and password. What should I do? Kim

You need to Relink EmailT (it is still pointing to the path on Richard's system). - Right click on the linked table - Click on Linked Table Manager (or select it from the Ribbon) - Click on Relink - Navigate to the backend file on your system
