How would I set the validate rule for a End Date input so an error message will prompt out when we wrongly input a date in "End Date" which is earlier than the date in "Start Date". Thanks

You can't do this in a field-level validation rule. You have to use a TABLE-LEVEL validation rule, which I cover in Part 3 of my SQL Seminar. It's a little more advanced. Open the properties for the TABLE and set the validation rule for the TABLE to be:
[EndDate]>[StartDate]
