Body Composition

Hello,
I am learning a ton with your help.
With all of the nutrition, food, meals, and exercise you have created and are talking about adding, will there be a part where we record our body composition? Things like body weight, body fat, muscle weight? A lot of scales have that data, and there are ways for us to calculate some of that, granted it is not as precise (or as accurate) as going to the Dr. however it could still be used to track progress.

Yes, absolutely. I track this stuff myself. I keep track of my total weight, the percentage of body fat that it says I have. Actually, I track fat pounds and I track muscle mass in pounds. They're not 100% accurate, but what they are good for is watching trends. I try to weigh myself two or three times a week and I watch the trends that are happening. I can see if I am adding to fat mass or if I am adding to muscle mass. Just the total pounds weight can be deceiving. But you can definitely use them to track trends and that's what they're good for.

We're going to do body composition, at least those fields. You can add more fields if you want to. And then we're going to make a simple chart showing your progress over time. This is definitely on the list already.

Great! Sounds like you are tracking them similar to me then. My scale shows the percent of fat and I use excel to turn that into weight based on my body weight that day. I look forward to adding in the chart, will it be all of the data stored or will we have it set upt to cover adjustable dates (meaning i want it for the last 14 days, not 1 month or start it ona specific date).
Thanks for the quick reply. Keep this up I am finding it very helpful.
