Hi Liem, as Sami's image shows, you can download the database by clicking the Gold Member Link. To download the video, you have to click the link for the Extended Cut then when the video loads, right click the video player and choose "Save Video As" and it will allow you to save it.

I just remembered that on some occasions, Richard has been known to record a 2nd Extended Cut video just for Gold Members and up, such as in the Appointments TechHelp. But even in that scenario, you have to click the link to watch the Gold Bonus video and then you can right-click on the video player to download the video.

If there has been update to the layout on the site I haven't paid close enough attention if you used to be able to right click the link. I know for the actual courses, in most of the classes, there is a link you can click to download a zip file of all the videos in that class, but I haven't seen that for TechHelp since it's usually just 1 or 2 videos per TechHelp.

Sorry if I was confused and you were referring to the 2nd Gold Members Videos. There aren't alot of those in comparison to Silver Level ones, that's what makes them truly exciting... You see one in the list of member links and you know there's going to be some extra extra extra cool stuff that Richard shows you :)

Ya ,I just opened the update query video and I click the EXTENDED VIDEO .silver..... now I GOT the video.

two days ago as I click this EXTENDED CUT VIDEO-silver what I got was RICHARDS PROMOTING how to get being memberships....

but now I can save the EXTENDED CUT video of update query
