Hi Rich, really loving the Fitness database series, learnt loads of great tricks. The biggest game changer was the search as you type in the comboboxes. As always continuous forms through in some curve balls. I have 3 cascading comboboxes on a form to populate a directory for each project, i dont want duplicates, so i have used a hidden textbox [tempvars would work] to log the EntityID of each person picked, and then the WHERE condition then dynamically removes those people from the dropdown list of the combobox. though this might be a useful techhelp?
