Alex If you mean the database it is trying to pull the information from to place in this, then yes, I just opened the OrderListQ and it opened perfectly.

Alex The error message was about a character that wasn't right, and I fixed that. I had a bracket instead of a parenthesis.

If you copy the RowSource into a temp blank Query in SQL View and replace the SalesRepCombo with an ID you know exists does it return any data?

Hi Alex. I can't tell you how I managed to get it to work, but after hours of playing around with it I finally got it to work. I did so many things that I cannot remember which one got it to work. But now here is the weirdest part of all. I was able to log 2 of the unpaid commissions of Gingers and the single one of Kaylee. On the very last one of Ginger, I got another error message for debug again. Nothing changed in the coding, and I looked at the OrderF on #44, and it was empty. I saw where Richard added a password to be able to add something to that form, but nothing popped up to add the password. Screenshot to show the commission for with the error too. OrderAmount is blank which means Access isn't finding any records in OrderListQ that match the OrderID of the selected item in the OrderListBox. Open OrderListQ and verify records exist for this customer.

Hi Kevin, I finally found out where the password was and how to activate it to change the order and add a couple of items. The order was marked paid, so when I went to uncheck that, it asked for the password. Once I entered that, closed the form, and reopened it, I was finally able to add items. Then went to the commission form, and it worked to pay the last of the commissions.
Thank you for getting back to me. I guess I just needed more time to work through things before bothering you guys with the questions. But now we are good to go. Ken
