I am busy working on an access database. To keep everything constant I would like to make a drop down menu for some of my field such as for a company name. How can I make a drop down menu within a data entry form?

You're talking about a COMBO BOX and I cover them extensively in several of my lessons, starting with Access Beginner 8.
