Is there a way to look at all the questions I've submitted in the past? For example I know I've asked a certain question in the past but forget the answer. Can I look it up?

Click "My Account"
Below "Membership" there is a "Links" section.
The next to last bullet is "See all of your comments and replies in the Forums"... You can click the "comments and replies" part.

Or click on the More link in the Forums section on the Homepage then click on the Your Comments link.

Ahh, yeah, just like Access, there's a lot of different way you can do just about everything here ;)
