Duplicate Records

Here is my scenario
I have 1800 plus records in a table
The first name and last name are the same for any set of duplicates
First I would like a recodset of all of the records that are duplicated based on firstname and lastname
Second if possible I would like to merge all of that data to a single record for each person that is duplicated
If the second cant be done then I will still have all the data I need to make the fixes

Chuck Use great caution. If your tables have relationships with child records, you could break those relationships by selecting the wrong name. You may need to drill further than First Name Last Name for true duplicates. (There's at least twelve JW's here at work.) It may be an iterative process to get it down to the fewest set of unique names while updating child record relationships.
