Hi Rick, I went through the Video for a second time after playing with the code. I urge you to continue with more - such as saving Forms, Reports, etc. as text file, comparing to see what changed etc. This is very useful and helpful!  Thanks John

Also, would like to see something like what objects are associated with what forms, reports, and queries. I see this becoming like a Developer video or a Seminar

Hey Guy's Can Anybody tell me what is wrong with the rs!VBACode = VBACode  In this Code?

' MODULES ------------------------------------------------------------
    For Each O In CurrentProject.AllModules
        VBACode = GetVBACode(O.Name)
        Set rs = db.OpenRecordset("SELECT * FROM ObjectDateT " & _
            "WHERE ObjectType=""Module"" AND ObjectName=""" & O.Name & """")
        If rs.EOF Then
            ' module is not in the table, add it
            rs.AddNew
                Status O.Name & " is new"
                rs!ObjectName = O.Name
                rs!ObjectType = "Module"
                rs!DateCreated = O.DateCreated
                rs!DateUpdated = Now()
                rs!VBACode = VBACode
            rs.Update
        Else
            ' the module IS in the table, see if the code is different
            If VBACode <> Nz(rs!VBACode, "") Then
                ' code IS different! Update it!
                Status O.Name & " is changed"
                rs.Edit
                    rs!DateUpdated = Now()
                    rs!VBACode = VBACode
                rs.Update
            End If
        End If
        rs.Close
    Next O

    Set rs = Nothing
    Set qd = Nothing
    Set td = Nothing
    Set O = Nothing
    Set db = Nothing

    Status "Update check completed"

    DoCmd.OpenTable "ObjectDateT"

End Sub
