Hello Richard. Does the "Expert Series" coverage of custom date fields cover how to use and display both known dates and approximate dates e.g "Circa" or "C" in the same field. Thankyou I am enjoying the lessons and they are the best I have ever seen.

No, you can't put "circa" in a date field. The best you could do would be to have a second field (perhaps a yes/no value) that indicated whether or not the date was "circa" and then DISPLAY it with the "c." in a custom query/form field.
