Okay, I need some help. I've read through the Q&A above and I'm not really seeing the answer/solution that I need.

I am using Access 2007. I follwed the video instructions in Beginner Level 7 step-by-step to create the command button intended to open the Customer Form. However, it is not working. Can anyone advise trouble-shooting / corrective measures? Thanks, M.

Hi Michael,
First piece of advice, if you can, is upgrade from 2007, it's wasn't their best version and had many bugs!
Second are you using a Macro to open the Form?
If so edit the Macro and the Form name should be a drop down, check this is spelled correctly.
